Just a basic, down to Earth, laid back type of guy here, who loves the outdoors, the indoors, jazz on the turntable, a fire in the woodstove, the northern lights blazing across the sky, and the company of good friends.

So true…. I lived for 20 years in almost the same area of Northern Alaska as the photograph depicts and felt like I wanted for nothing.
No matter how bad a day I was having a walk outside in a land touched by the hand of God was all I needed to be refreshed.
You’re welcome Pete. I agree, no matter how bad my day was down below, by the time I make that final turn to my basecamp, I am completely refreshed and all negativity has been washed away.
