Snowless

As Buffalo, NY and other parts of the Lower 48 shovel their way out of a massive snowfall, Fairbanks remains snow-free for the month of November. Since records have been kept, Fairbanks has never had a November without a measurable snowfall. We are making a nice run at changing that.

There is a rumor in the wind that we could possibly see a dusting this weekend, but that is far from a guarantee.

  Old saying–“never kick a sleeping dog”. Speaking of a dog (sleeping or not) Badger men’s hockey is zero wins for this season–Ouch–maybe tonight will be the night they get a mark in the win column.

  The Badger men’s hockey team is still sleeping–lost again Sat. night. That’s one dog that needs to be kick started–and I’m a big Badger Fan. At least the Packers held on to beat the Vikings on the road in the Twin Cities.
