There were four lead changes in the final 3 minutes, but Case Keenum hit Stefon Diggs for a 61 yard TD pass as time expired, for the final change.
That was emotionally draining, but a ton of fun. Thanks Diggs.

I spent the day chasing material ghosts, as I attempted to work up a bid for a job I want. No matter how I approached the job, the materials simply were not in town. Two weeks was the mantra I heard from every supplier. It’ll be two weeks.
I gave up around 3pm, laced up my mukluks, and went outside to bring in firewood. The thermometer read -7F.
After the wood bin was full, I went on my afternoon walk. Already, I can see the gain in daylight since the solstice.
A moose had been by since the day before, it’s tracks under the willows plain to see. A musher came up from behind almost in silence. Two of her three dogs gave my gloved hand a light nip as they ran by. The musher apologized as she sped by me. I took the nibbles to mean the dogs were enjoying being out today as much as I was, but she was already out of range by the time my chilled lips spit out the words: “No worries”.
Dusk was settling in as I returned to the cabin, and the thermometer now read -13F. My eyelashes had iced up a bit, but other than that, life was good. Perfection lies somewhere between zero and minus twenty when you live in a winter wonderland such as this.

I’ve never reblogged someone’s post before, but he asked me if I’d share his video blogs, and as most of you know, I’m a sucker for a big trip. The Big Dipper, which is an asterism of the Ursa Major constellation, dominates Alaska’s winter sky. So much so, that the ‘Dipper’ is prominently displayed on the state’s flag.

The World Juniors Hockey Tournament is currently taking place in Buffalo, NY. Kieffer Bellows scored a power play goal 2:18 into the game. Besides the fact that the goal gave Team USA a 1-0 lead, Bellows has a perfectly timed celebration on the ice.
You will have to watch the video, but it’s one thing I do love about hockey: Old jerseys never retire, they just reappear at the best times. The moment in question starts at about the 22 second mark, but the goal is worth watching too.
Bellows would score his second goal of the night in the third period, as Team USA would down Russia 4-2.
USA will next play Sweden in the semi-finals on Thursday. Canada will play the Czech Republic in the other semi.
